2. What we collect
Account details (email, password via our authentication provider), profile information you choose to add, payment metadata needed to process subscriptions, and identity documents for creators completing verification.
3. How we use it
To operate your account, process payments, verify creator identity, and provide customer support. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
4. Your consent
We log the version of these terms you accepted at signup. If the policy changes materially, we'll ask for your consent again.
5. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account. Email daniel@mgma.io to exercise these rights, consistent with LGPD and LFPDPPP where applicable.
6. Data residency
Data is stored with our infrastructure providers under standard contractual safeguards.
