1. The service
MGMA+ is operated by ANDRADE TAMAYO DANIEL ROBERTO, Calle OE5D Nº OE5-200, Intersección: Pasaje C1, Referencia: Frente al CC, Urbanización El Condado, Quito, Ecuador. Also registered in Costa Rica: 3-102-954639 SOCIEDAD DE RESPONSABILIDAD LIMITADA, San José — Mata Redonda — 10108, Del Masxmenos 300 mts al norte, San José, Costa Rica. It is a subscription platform that lets fans support verified athletes and sports institutions directly, and lets those creators publish exclusive video to subscribers. By creating an account you agree to use the platform only for that purpose.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Creator accounts are identity-verified before they can publish.
3. Payments
Subscription and pay-per-view prices are set by each creator and shown before you confirm checkout, including the billing currency. Completing checkout authorizes the charge for the full period you chose. There is no pro-rated refund for unused time. Refunds and cancellation are described in our Refunds & cancellation policy.
4. Content
Creators retain ownership of the content they publish and are solely responsible for it. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to watch paid content on the platform. Recording, downloading, or redistributing paid content outside MGMA+ is prohibited.
5. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new version date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Questions: daniel@mgma.io.
6. Creators
Athletes and teams also accept the Creator Terms (fee, payout calendar, chargebacks, and content license) before creating a profile.
