Refunds & cancellation

2. What you pay

Subscription and pay-per-view prices are set by each athlete or team and shown in the currency on the checkout screen before you confirm. Completing checkout charges the method you chose.

3. How to cancel or request a refund

Email daniel@mgma.io from the address on your account. Include the athlete or team you subscribed to and whether you want to cancel, request a refund, or both. Cancel means we will not renew after the period you already paid; you keep access until that date. We review each request and reply by email.

4. If a refund is issued

We do not pro-rate unused days or leftover months. A refund, if we grant one, is discretionary and reverses that period’s charge in full: paid access ends then. We do not keep charging after a confirmed cancellation.

5. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank, contact us first. A chargeback or bank reversal ends access immediately. Unresolved chargebacks may result in the account being closed. A fan who files a chargeback in bad faith may lose the account.

6. Fraud

A charge reversed for fraud belongs to neither the fan nor the creator. We reverse it on the ledger and deduct it from that athlete or team’s later payout.
